Fit

CutWave swim caps use one adult stretch size and fit most head circumferences from about 52-60 cm. Silicone should feel snug without sharp pulling.

Putting it on

1. Stretch the cap gently with both hands.
2. Place the front edge on your forehead.
3. Pull the cap over the crown and tuck hair in evenly.

Care

Rinse with fresh water after swimming, air-dry flat, and keep away from direct sun when stored. Do not machine wash or tumble dry.

Daily training

Premium silicone is a strong choice for regular swimmers because it lasts longer than latex, feels smoother, and resists chlorine better.
