Refund policy

We accept returns of unused CutWave swim caps within 30 days of delivery.

Return conditions

• Item must be unused, clean, and in original packaging.
• Email hello@cutwave.store with your order number before sending anything back.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are sent to the original payment method. Bank/card processing can take several working days.

Damaged or wrong items

Email photos and your order number to hello@cutwave.store within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
